Query on the Delivery of On-line Professional Graduate Management Courses

I will be assuming the directorship of a graduate management program at a regional institution of higher learning this coming Fall term.  The program is under a mandate to deliver all of its courses on-line.  I’ve had experience in delivering hybrid courses (80% classroom – 20% virtual), but am wondering how to put everything on-line.  I’ve taken two courses on-line to familiarize myself with the format and found the experience mixed at best.

Any suggestions for effective strategies for course delivery especially for research methods and policy analysis would be appreciated.
